1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, altered, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Minor variations in color, texture, or print are natural in handcrafted fabrics and not considered defects.
3. Return Process

Contact our Customer Support team via email or the Contact Us form to initiate a return.

Once approved, we’ll share return shipping details.

The product must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.
4. Refunds

After inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share images and order details within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
